We will look at traditional routes to God, and explore alternatives including experiencing awe and wonder in the natural world.

People

This programme of study is entitled ‘Being Human.’ Students will be reflecting on questions about what it means to be human. We will consider the difference between the physical and the spiritual, and reflect on religious and philosophical responses to questions about the meaning and value of human life.

Journeys

This term, students will gain insight into Hinduism, Buddhism and Sikhism. We will follow the Buddha’s journey to enlightenment, and explore the journey through life, and it’s important milestones. We will then consider beliefs about journey of the soul and the cycle of life, death and rebirth.
