A MESSAGE FROM THE HEADTEACHER

Darland High School really is the ‘Hidden Gem’ of Wrexham. Set on an extensive green site in the beautiful village of Rossett we are well-placed to serve a network of village communities to the North of Wrexham. Darland High School is a fully comprehensive school for pupils between the ages of 11 and 16.

Our Motto ‘Aspire, Apply, Achieve’, reflects our ethos in supporting students to Think Big and set their sights high. At Darland, we recognise every student as an individual, with different needs and talents, and we work hard together to make sure we support and nurture successful, happy and confident learners who achieve in the widest sense of the word, and not just academically. We provide a curriculum that has the breadth to ensure each student has an opportunity to excel, and a dedicated staff to ensure your child has the very best support throughout their secondary school experience.
