A number of the current Year 11 students recently took the opportunity to sit their Maths GCSE early. The faith shown by their teachers was well rewarded as many students achieved fantastic results. Eleven students obtained A* grades. This represents an impressive 10% of the year group and another nine students achieved a grade A. Many other students hit their target grades but are now determined to go one better in the summer.
Almost 20% of the year group achieved the top two grades. Maths teachers are delighted for the students and are now working hard to ensure ore exam success in the summer.
