Welcome to Darland High School, On this site, you should find a wealth of information about the school, from the curriculum and the achievements of our students, to a calendar of events and school documents and policies.
As a small but growing school, serving a network of village communities to the north of Wrexham, we want our students to think big and to work hard, attitudes summed up in our school motto; ‘Aspire, Apply, Achieve’. We also believe that for learning to be truly effective, it has to take place within an orderly, caring and trusting environment where every achievement matters and should be recognised. Therefore, many of the pages of this site are dedicated to showcasing the successes of the members of our school community.
School websites, no matter how extensive, will only give a flavour of the school and there will be many questions that existing and prospective parents may need to ask. At Darland, we pride ourselves in responding quickly to enquiries and we are always happy to receive visitors, so don’t hesitate to get in touch!
