ClassCharts

ClassCharts, Part of TES

Darland High School uses ClassCharts – this is an online system which teachers use to track achievement and behaviour throughout the school day. We believe in working closely with parents and carers. One of the key benefits of using ClassCharts is that we are able to securely share your child(s) achievements with you and to keep you up to date in real-time.

ClassCharts has many features which include:

  • Activity Feed – parents/carers and students can see when positive points are awarded, in which lesson and in which subject area and by which staff.
  • Homework Calendar – this shows homework that has been set, together with a submission date.
  • Detentions – the Consequences Manager shows detentions that are upcoming and those that have been set previously.
  • Timetable – this shows each student’s timetable of subjects and their classrooms.
  • Attendance – this shows a daily attendance overview.

Each child has a unique access code which we will issue to them and parents/carers will be issued with a separate code.

Once you have been issued with a code, you will need to create an account and enter the code here:

Links to the Android and iOS parent apps are also available from the ClassCharts page linked above.

If you have more than one child in the school, you can enter additional codes directly into your created account.

We also have a guide available explaining the app’s features and frequently asked questions.

Please do get in touch with the school office if you have any questions.
