We are pleased to use an online appointment booking system, Parents Booking, for all year groups’ Parents’ Evenings. This system is designed to make booking appointments quick, simple and convenient, allowing parents and carers to choose the teachers they wish to see and select a suitable time slot during the evening. The full booking process only takes a few minutes and can be completed at a time that suits you.
Full details of how to access Parents Booking, including login information and PIN numbers, will be sent to parents and carers approximately four weeks before each Parents’ Evening.
To help the system run smoothly, it is important that we hold an up-to-date email address for all parents and carers, as login details are generated via email. If you need to update your contact information, please put the details in writing and ask your child to hand them in at Main Reception, or alternatively contact reception directly on 01244 570588, where our staff will be happy to help.
Upcoming Parents’ Evenings
Parents evenings take place from 3:45pm in the school hall. Parents are asked to sign in with the prefects at the door. In the event of a parent not being able to attend the parents’ evening, please contact the appropriate Pastoral manager or Head of Year, in order for a telephone conversation to be arranged.
