Darland High School is committed to support students with their mental health and well being.
Everyone has mental health, and we work hard to empower students to recognise the signs that they may be struggling and to use strategies and techniques to stay well.
We teach our students to know the importance of:
- Five Ways to Wellbeing – (Connect, Be Active, Keep Learning, Give, Take Notice)
